Description

This is just a quickly edited single frame of a full set on this region, that should be processed in the next couple of days.

Near the (naked-eye "double") star Grafias (Zeta Scorpii) you can see the Prawn Nebula, or IC4628, and the open cluster C76 or NGC6231, a beautiful region for astroimagers.

This image was taken on a beautifully calm night, in Cristina, MG, Brazil (Rural Skies, Bortle 3-4). Thanks for seeing.

Camera: Unmodded T4i/650D at ISO 1600

Lens: Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 , at 70mm and stopped down to about f/3.5
