The molecular cloud MBM or more commonly known as the Integrated Flux Nebula (IFN), nicely frames the distant galaxy NGC 7497. While the IFN is only 900 light years from earth, NGC 7497 is at a distance of 59 milion light years. Despite this difference, the IFN appears to wrap around NGC 7497.
