Description

Ju1, The “Soap Bubble” in HaOIII.

Ju1 was discovered by D.M. Jurasevich at Mt Wilson observatory from images taken in July 2007 and July 2008. It is also known as PN G75.5+1.7 and as the “Soap Bubble Nebula”. It is has a distance of about 4000 ly and is about 5 ly across based in its diameter.
