After approaching to 0.036 AU to Earth, the comet 252P/LINEAR has had an outburst that have triggered an oversized coma of 1 degree and has increased its brightness until magnitude 6, being observable at naked eye from dark skies. When was taken this image on April 5th, 2106 the comet passed close to M14, a globular cluster on the Milky Way in the constellation Ophiuchus.
