The other night conditions were pretty rotten with the moon and an epic humid haze. Because so much software had updated I thought it a good night to at least see how stable that stuff was. Asked the Canon 200L lens to sit on IC1396 in Ha. It all worked though I must say stars wanting to be bloated versus noise was a bit of a battle. I had imaged this wonderful region before but with much more narrow FOV centered on the Elephant trunk and rally had no idea how expansive it is. Image is cropped a fair bit.
