Description

This time we had better skies. Set the internal vanes of Canon 200L wide open and put a 58mm step ring on the 72mm lens to set lens at about F/3.4. Also redid focus curves with the better motor arrangement. Sat on center of Cygnus asking ACP to limit to 40 degrees up or better. Got 70x300 sec Ha subs and ended up with 56 keepers. Though unguided lost just a single sub to eccentricity > 0.65. With the sharper center I can now see the coma in the corners. I think the 6120 camera will ultimately be the best match for this lens with it's much smaller pixels and slightly smaller chip.
