You have to have the right conditions to capture this target on a DSLR. I have had few challenges in the past when trying to capture Thor's Helmet, one of my favourite objects. I managed to capture 22 long exposures and used the best seven for stacking. The moon had set, the sky was dark and with some altitude was able to get above some haze. The guiding was wind affected but I was pleasantly surprised how this came out.
