Hi all, I have created a DropBox Folder called "Jupiter (GRS) Movie Project - 2018 Opposition". There are sub folders for each day proposed for the image capture. i.e from Saturday 28th April to Sunday 20th May. Please remember that the date must correspond to Universal Time (UT) i.e. a day/ date starts at 00: 00: 00 UT and finishes at 23:59:59 UT that day. To give you "write" permission I need to email you a link. Could I ask you to send me an email to my email address [email protected]. From that I will pick up your email address and send you the link. In the folder I have created a "TEST" subfolder. Perhaps you could try uploading one of your images to that so we can see that it is working for you. I will aslo revise/ rewrite the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) i generated on this Forum previously and upload that to the folder. That should be where we keep the latest up to date version, in case the procedure needs to change. In terms of the copywriter of your images, please send the images without a copyright watermark, i.e. the raw images. I give you my commitment to destroy all the images once the movie has been finished to our satisfaction, unless you tell me otherwise.......perhaps we will think of something else to do with the data, like look for comet/ asteroid impacts over the timeframe. In any case, anyone participating, will be given credit, even if they are unable to produce an image or none of their images are used. Participation in the project means that you are happy for the film and the content that comes from your images to be freely disseminated. I hope you all agree with this principle. Thanks, Niall |
