Description

Nobody else calls B104 "Barnard's L" but since there is a Barnard's E, why not an "L"?  I hope that name catches on.  Also in the image are many other dark nebulae, such as LDN 527, 528, 547, and other Barnard dark nebulae, like B110, and B111.  These are the familiar dark clouds in the Milky Way near M11, the Wild Duck cluster, which I deliberately left out of the framing, as I felt that would have taken attention away from the dark nebulae.
