      Description

      NGC 1333 is located around 1,000 light years away in the constellation of Perseus.

      We photographed this object in Spain a little under a year ago, and I had some success with that image. This time around NGC 1333 was photographed using a dual TEC 140 rig located in the Haut Alpes, The imaging team is Tom O'Donoghue, Olly Penrice, Steve Milne & Elisabeth Milne. Data were collected in Autumn 2019

      Capture details are as follows:

      Telescope: TEC140 x 2

      Camera: Atik 460 & Moravian G2-8300

      Filters: Baader, Astrodon and Chroma

      Mount: Mesu 200

      Lum 45 x 900s

      Red: 33 x 600s

      Green: 33 x 600s

      Blue: 33 x 600s

      A total of 27 hours and 45 minutes exposure.
