Description

This is a pic of Maurolycus just hours before the "ray" event, when the sun comes through a notch on the rim iluminating the central peak. In the image you can see clearly the notch shadow profile, the opposite "flat" crater wall and the light iluminating the centraL peak.

On my latitude the ray timing came with a full sunshine. Hope next year!
