Description

Running three imaging rigs from Dec 1s till last night. Here is the medium field 400mm RASA8 matched with the ASI2600mcP on the morning of 12/2.
Oddly enought the mount failed after only 18 frames of 90 seconds. I kept all 18 frames and processed the image in PixInsight.
The cometary color was calibrated using the PhotometicColorCalibration process recommended by the PixInsight team (https://pixinsight.com/examples/NEOWISE/). No other color enhancements were performed other than the typical stretching on the comet.

There appears to be more tail structure and less blurring in the 28 minute integration time.
