These southern hemisphere nebulae, NGC 6726, 6727, and IC 4812 shine by the light of embedded young stars. This is one of the closest star-forming areas to us, at about 420 light-years distance.

The Herbig-Haro and young stellar objects(HH and in this case CrA) are stars, in their early formational stages. This stage lasts only a few thousand years. They are emitting strong winds and radiation, in some instances causing the surround hydrogen to glow red, as well as causing much turbulence in the surround gas and dust.

I've added an Artistic Rendition created using artificial intelligence methods including image transfer techniques. I rather like it, and would like to hear from others. Remember the context: this does not pretend to be science, but is, instead art derived from science.
