Região central da Via-láctea, com a região de Rho Ophiuchi destacada.

A região de Rho Ophiuchi é uma das mais belas do céu, mas também um desafio de processamento para os astrofotógrafos e, com isso, um grande aprendizado, dada a quantidade de estrelas e de detalhes nas nebulosas que o compõem. Também está presente nos registros a Nebulosa da Cabeça de Cavalo Azul, e outras nebulosidades associadas às garras do Escorpião.

O registro da Via-Láctea foi realizado em 25 de março de 2020, em 30 exposições de 88 segundos cada, com ISO 1250, na cidade de Uberlândia/MG. Já o do Complexo de Rho Ophiuchi foi adquirido em datas anteriores, entre 31 de julho de 2019 e 01 de agosto de 2019, em 52 exposições de 120 segundos cada, com ISO 3200, sendo este realizado durante o XII Encontro Brasileiro de Astrofotografia, realizado em Padre Bernardo/GO. Ambos os registros realizados com uma câmera Canon EOS 6D modificada para astrofotografia.

O trabalho nesta região do céu aqui postado está longe ainda de ser o definitivo na área. Pretendo revisitá-la em outras ocasiões, já que é possível registros melhores e também pela grande beleza que esta região do céu tem.

Central region of the Milky Way, with the Rho Ophiuchi region highlighted.

The Rho Ophiuchi region is one of the most beautiful in the sky, but also a processing challenge for astrophotographers and, with that, a great learning experience, given the amount of stars and details in the nebulae that compose it. Also present in the records is the Blue Horse Head Nebula, and other nebulae associated with the Scorpion's claws.

The registration of Via-Láctea was performed on March 25, 2020, in 30 exposures of 88 seconds each, with ISO 1250, in the city of Uberlândia / MG. The Rho Ophiuchi Complex, on the other hand, was acquired on previous dates, between July 31, 2019 and August 1, 2019, in 52 exhibitions of 120 seconds each, with ISO 3200, which was held during the XII Brazilian Meeting of Astrophotography, held in Padre Bernardo / GO. Both records made with a Canon EOS 6D camera modified for astrophotography.

The work in this region of the sky posted here is still far from being the definitive one in the area. I intend to revisit it on other occasions, since better records are possible and also because of the great beauty that this region of the sky has.
