Description

The Rosette Nebula is located in the constellation Monoceros about 5200 light years from Earth.

The subs for the images were acquired in early February of 2021 at my personal observatory in Taxahaw, SC

I had intended to process in SHO but I didn't have the time to capture enough SII. Later in the year I will capture more SII and some RGB for the background stars.

All subs were acquired unguided using the IOptron CEM 60 EC and with N.I.N.A. Guider set to "Direct"
