Description

Some time ago I made a 2 panel mosaic of the center of Cygnus including the bright star Sadr both as Ha and RGBH images. Since then the sky has cooperated a small amount and the mosaic has expanded to 8 panel encompassing the butterfly down to the Crescent nebula.   The plan was to get 5 hours of Ha with each panel but ended up with between 19 and 30 ten minute subframes for each of the panels.  I do not think the sky is going to cooperate to add RGB this summer. Data was acquired off and on between June 20 and August 7th.

Assembled in Pixinsight -  Image is posted at the full 1.69 arc-sec/pixel resolution from the TMB 80 F/4.8 and QSI6120 camera.  Applied a mild local histogram transform for constrast after stretching.
