Description

Conditions started out very well: cool, little wind, clear, no moon. Easily found NGC 6888 with the PicGoto from Sadr. I did have a lot of trouble with my USB connections dropping, which eventually I traced to a bad power connection (for my AC bar to the house). I decided to go with no filter because the night looked so dark. Clouds ended the session prematurely, but I still think this is much better than last year’s image.
