Description

This areodynamic formed nebula is another gem of the summer milky way in Cygnus. It resides not far west of Deneb near IC1318A, at RA 20h16 DEC +43°39', but is not marked in most charts and atlases. On the blue frames of the RGB it was also rather prominent, probably because of H-Beta, and it came out quite pinkish at first. The strong red H-Alpha camouflages that here fortunately, and adds good contrast to the nebulous clouds.
