Description

This image is the sum of 840 60 secs unguided subs taken during the nights of the 11th, 13th and 15th of June from my home terrace. Imaging train was Newton 250 F 3.9 Orion, QHY 183m cooled, Baader O3 8.5 nm filter, on top of an Ioptron CEM60EC. Aquistion was disturbed by quite strong wind and passing clouds. Stars resulted bloated. Aquisition and stacking with Astroart. Processing with PS (stretch and star reduction). It's a very weak and difficult target for my sky and my equipment.

The Soap Bubble Nebula, or PN G75.5+1.7, is a planetary nebula in the constellation Cygnus, near the Crescent Nebula  - NGC 6888. It was discovered by amateur astronomer Dave Jurasevich using an Astro-Physics 160 mm refractor telescope with which he imaged the nebula on June 19, 2007 and on July 6, 2008. (Wikipedia)
