Description

The Pillars of Creation - Tilt-Shifted

Currently working on M16, I took some of it's data for a little experiment. Cropped a part of my image and played around a with Masks and the Lens Blur Filter in Photoshop to get a tilt-shifted, blurry view on the famous Pillars of Creation, the central part of M16, the Eagle Nebula.

M16 is still in progress, but I thought this is a quite nice preview, and should offer a different view on this stunning object.
