Description

Comet C/2014 E2 (Jacques) as it passed through Cygnus. LBN 243 is just to the right of the comet with IC 1318a bottom left.

The star and nebula image subs were taken the following night so that the comet can be shown against the background which would normally be trailed when aligning on the comet. The same exposures using RGB filters were used for both the comet and the background.
