Was looking through old data in the archives from the Liverpool Telescope and happened to stumble on this. I don't think its worth reporting since it was over 2 years ago, as far as I know this one has not been reported.

First frame is 2011-07-22, showing that it is not there
It is first visible in the frame 2012-06-27
Last frame is 2012-10-07, where it is no longer visible again
