Description

Cygnus A (3C405), a classic radio galaxy, among the strongest radio sources in the sky.

Using (remote) the Wurzburg 7.5m parabolic radio-telescope in Bordeaux.

2.8 ° beam (effective antenna diameter of 4.9 m)

Tuned on the hydrogen (HI) emission line (1420.4 MHz, 21 cm), frequency switch mode.

CLASS (Continuum and Line Analysis Single-dish Software) for data reduction.
