Description

Ngc 2070 taken on my first ever 'dark site' excursion. I chose this target in particular because it's an object which I never get to see from my usual spot out on the back lawn. Would really have loved to get more data on this to help smooth it out, but I had to cut eveything short to try beat the encroaching clouds! Also when I finally upgrade to PixInsight I'll revisit this and try include some of the Ha data that I also captured, for as now with Maxim and Nebulosity it's not possible (as far as I can tell)
