Description

A geostationary satellite is a satellite in geostationary orbit, with an orbital period the same as the Earth's rotation period. The trails in this photo are stars, because i have stopped motors of my mount.

On the 25th Dec 2014 at 10:58PM i turned my telescope on Witch Head Nebula and when i was focusing on the stars i saw those satellites. I abandoned the nebula that night and i took some frame on geostationary satellites, stopping motors of my NEQ6 :) Here the informations:

Un satellite geostazionario è un satellite in orbita geostazionaria, con un periodo orbitale uguale a quello di rotazione della terra. Nella foto le strisciate sono state lasciate dalle stelle, avendo la montatura spenta.

La notte del 25 Dicembre 2014 alle 22:58 ho puntato la nebulosa Testa di Strega. Metre mettevo a fuoco la camera ho notato questi satelliti geostazionari. Ho subito abbandonato l'idea di riprendere quell'oggetto e mi sono dedicato a questi altri oggetti, dopo aver stoppato i moroti della NEQ6 :) Qui le informazioni:
