Comet Lovejoy - some exposures I snuck in during bad conditions in my light-polluted back yard, before the fog shut things down. The result was better than expected!
First light with a beautiful old 58mm f/1.4 Minolta lens. Lots of aberration wide open, much better @f/2.0, pretty sharp @ f/2.4, and very sharp from f/2.8 on, though there is still a bit of coma in the extreme corners. I shot this at f/2.8
