Description

Here is my first light with my new CGEM DX 1100 HD. Unfortunately, the seeing was very poor and the loss of a FeatherTouch with the upgrade doesn't really help either. Processing the Red and IR channels was very promising, but immediately became clear that seeing was very poor with the green and blue channels being extremely blurry and noisy. I'm happy I got anything at all since the clouds cleared at the last minute. Despite the setbacks, I'm optimistic for the future with this telescope, especially after seeing the red channel.
