Description

Another favorite of mine. M63 - the Sunflower Galaxy - this time more sub frames (48 x 120s), 20 bias, 20 flats, only 9 darks. Compared to a previous version I limited the exposure time for the subframes to 120s to avoid periodic error (no guiding yet). There is a little more detail in the arms and the black dust region in the foreground has better visibility imho, too :-). Stacked in DSS and processing in fitswork.

Final Version reprocessed in Startools.
