Description

Animation of 13 frames, showing the orbital movement of some saturnian satellites, from 24 May 2015 23h05 UT to 25 May 00h35 UT. From left to right, there are Rhea (mag 9.9), Dione (mag 10.6) and Tethys (mag 10.4). It is also possible to notice an extremely faint Enceladus (11.9) just above Tethys.

Most frames are stacks of the 2500 best frames of a 120 s capture at 30 fps, deconvolved with star Dschubba as PSF, and stretched with gamma 5 to show the satellites. This also shows that subtle seeing variations have a lot of impact on each frame; all of them seemed to have the same quality before processing.
