I have not imaged the Pelican in a long time (last time was using my guide scope to try and get a wide field of view, I believe, and before that was 3 years ago), so this was an attempt to get RGB data anticipating later Hα with an opportunity to see some improvement over the last 3 years. Conditions were superb: no wind, no clouds, no Moon, so perfect for OSC RGB imaging except that I started pretty low in the sky and imaged up to the meridian. Oh, and it was warm: 22-18 °C on the CCD. I'm looking forward to adding Hα to this, but wanted to use the excellent conditions for RGB.
In the revision, I have stretched much more aggressively, have attempted to tweak the color, and have much more aggressively tried to deal with bloated stars. I'd welcome feedback.
