Description

I like comparisons.

6 day Moon, 44.1 % illuminated.

Time (UT): 18:50 and 19:15.
Seeing: Fair-Good.
Altitude above the horizon: 50º and 46.3º.
Resolution: 0.17 arcsec/pixel(Barlow x2.5) and
0.15 arcsec/pixel (Barlow x2).

In a high contrast terrain, like this lunar subject, central obstruction has not much to say. I'll try to repeat the comparison picturing Jupiter, time permitting.
