Description

Most of the constellation of Cygnus. Tracking by Astrotracer (built in to camera), with the camera mounted directly to a tripod. The lens was stopped down to f/4, where star shapes in the corners become merely "acceptable" with this lens.

This is a first (quick) pass at processing of the stack without darks, bias or flats. This is a modest crop from the full 28mm field of view to remove edge artifacts from stacking.

There was some slight haze that night, which explains the faint halos around the brightest stars. On the plus side,  the haze does make the brighter stars easier to see. But there are better ways to do that in PP so I will remove the hazy frames from the final stack.
