Imaging Andromeda - Behind the Camera

Description

This image features the "Behind the Camera" or Behind the Sensor, a beyound the final processed image composition, showing the "during" stage.... I hope you like it!

Taken during a astroimaging session, while capturing photons some "2 million years old", with the 70-200mm and T4i, mounted in the HEQ5, pointing at M31. You can see that the mount was past the meridian, due to the nearby trees that prevented the camera from being pointed while in the other, "correct" side of the meridian.

Please, check back in a few days/weeks for the final image of Andromeda captured that night ; ).

Taken from Rural Skies, in Cristina, MG, Brazil. Thanks for seeing.

Date and Time: July 27th, 2015, at 4:53h AM.
