Description

Lots of smoke in the air tonight; this seems to happen every time I try to image the Veil Nebula (I suppose summer is fire season around here. This year the fires are apparently in California, and the wind blows east). A bit of gusty wind. Used Astrotortilla/Picgoto to find the target, and continued to have the issue of coordinates jumping when moving the mount west (so I have to be west of the target to get a good goto). Performed a meridian flip, reacquired, and continued until dawn.
