Description

Here is my first look at SH2-132 in SHO.
If it looks mottled to anyone please advise it is fine here but when uploaded as jpg seems to look little mottled and can't figure out?!
This was a very challenging target from the UK as dim and noisy. Reviewing some of my peers images I liked JP's softer feel and have been quite gentle with my sharpening as a result. With a wide range of features and colours processing was a challenge but hope I have managed to do a good job bringing out the unique features and colours across the object.
Was also pleased to see some star colour in NB which is not the norm.
Hope you all enjoy - I will be adding a version with NII data when skies clear again.
Rev B - tried to tidy up a little. But still challenging me !
Rev C - More subtle and hopefully cleaner version
Rev D - Little tidy up, think that will be all for now as this one is hard work!
Rev E - Added some Nitrogen, in hindsight not the best target to try such an experiment but it certainly gave me a lot more signal to play with and a few extra areas are enhanced by the NII data. By blending into existing channels I was able to reduce noise by about 5% as well as enhance some detail more easily. Next need to try with some alternate palettes.
