Description

This image was captured with Sequence Generator Pro and processed entirely with Pixinsight.

Since full narrow band is not common with a DSLR, I will summarize the pre processing work flow. First, each of the individual frames was calibrated with a master bias and master dark in the usual way. Then, Superpixel was used as debayer method which makes no interpolation between pixels, so the signal was not contaminated with noise of the pixels that didn't receive light through the narrow band filters.

To recover resolution I applied 3x drizzle to those frames. After that, each channel was stacked independently. Finally, a Luminance frame was made as the sum of the three channels and then a L, Ha (red), SII (green) and OIII (blue) image was created and processed.

Thanks for looking!
