Well, the weather here in SoCal has been pretty rough the last several weeks due to El Nino. This was the first time I could get out to image since the beginning of the December, and even so, it was quite windy and seeing was very poor... but I had to! :)

I managed to get 14 Ha subs on this target, most of them no better than 3.5 pixels//FWHM... but even so its not the worst thing I've seen.

I think in order to properly frame this I'm going to do a 4-panel mosaic when the weather improves.

Revision B: I increased the contrast.

Revision C: I got a bit of OIII last night (12/16) but I had to toss about 5 subs due to high winds. Still fun to do a bit of a bi-color process, even though I had a lot of trouble with sky glow in the OIII data. I'm going to try and get more OIII tonight and some SII as well.

Revision E: I downloaded the ColorMask script by MarkS on the PixInsight forums and took a lunge at trying to save this data, particularly the OIII which was really poor with lots of gradients that DBE couldn't completely fix. What a great script, it really helped a lot. This is way over processed for sure, but its pretty nonetheless! I think if I can get some better data in the future I can get this result in a much much cleaner fashion. :)

Revision F: Trying not to clip the faint stuff so much.
