Description

Bode's nebulae, the galaxies M81 and M82, seen through the integrated flux nebula (IFN), an incredibly faint glow caused by the light of the stars of the Milky Way reflected and reemitted by interstellar gas and dust. Really difficult to capture...

This is a LRGB composite with almost 10 hours of luminance data and about 4 hours of RGB data taken at the Deep Sky West Observatory.
