Description

The Crabb Nebula is a remanent from a supernova explosion happened at 1054, it was visible during 22 months in the constellation of Taurus and registered by chinese, arabic and anasazi astronomers when Occident was sunk into deep of Middle Age. With this object (M 1) Charles Messier started at 1758 your catalogue of objects with cometary appearance for differentiate its. This nebula with 6 light-years diameter and wich continue expanding it to 1.500 Km/sec., contains in it center a pulsar that spin around itself 30 times a second.
