Mammatus cloud over York seen from my observatory

Description

I was finishing insulating my new observatory interior when I spotted this huge mammatus cloud hovering over the city of York directly to the east (27 miles - 43 Km). The pouches - "cows udders" - on the underside are formed from cold and wet sinking air marking the weakening of the storm cloud.
