Description

Comet C/2016 BA14 (PANSTARRS) imaged on March 27 2016, five days after its maximum approaching to Earth. In spite of be presumed a fragment of the comet 252P/LINEAR who shows these days a big and gassy coma, the 2016-BA14 seems have an asteroid shape. Only after stack a lot of frames by means of a rejection algorithm and overprocessing the resulting image, can be seen a vague tail toward southwest (toward down right).
