Description

The Double Cluster (C 14 in the Caldwell catalogue) is the common name for open clusters NGC 884 and NGC 869. They are easy to observe at naked eye, very together and located between constellations of Perseus and Cassiopeia; they are really together at a distance of 7600 and 6800 light-years of us, respectively. Constituted by young stars, each one have more than 300 blue super-giant stars.
