Description

Since I am using my new FSQ-106EDX-4 a lot more now and several folks have asked about how I have it set up, I thought I would post a photo.

This is a completely portable setup, which I can have ready set up and ready to begin my T-point run within 15 minutes! Using my EGO battery-driven custom power box I can power the mount, cameras, focuser, dew controller and even my laptop for two full nights in the summer and 1 very long night in the winter. Recharging all the batteries takes less than 2 hours. I;m very happy with how this has turned out.

All I need now is an Optec Gemini to eliminate my focuser sag and CAA tilt issues and allow for full automation!
