Description

On January 4, 2011 happened a partial eclipse of Sun visible from the most Europe. In Valencia the Sun rose from sea already eclipsed, and a few minutes later it reached the event maximum with its disc a 48% hidden at only 4 degree above horizont. During next hour the Moon went removing until end this phenomenon.

The shots for compose this image were taken from Cullera mountain, and altough some clouds near horizont hid the start of eclipse, rest of secuence could be seen despite of some high clouds.
