Description

This is my first image with a new ota and new ASI1600mm.

This shot was to test long 15min exposures and I'm happy with the results although the processing still needs some refinement.

Testing completed since these subs were taken suggests 5min subs at a slightly higher gain may be the way to go with my setup.

Either way I'm absolutely amazed with this camera and can't wait to see what people can do with it once they have ironed out the details.

All processing was done in PI with final touches in Photoshop. I was uncomfortable with the virtually non existent noise and actually had to add some noise to the background to make it look a little more like what I'm used to seeing.

Thanks for looking any C&C are appreciated.
Cheers
