Description

Another look at some long focal length data - a new area for me. The harder part of the processing was managing the stars and had to put a lot of work into keeping them under control. However, as well as the additional data at this aperture and focal length i found the additional definition on the colour was really noticeable and allowed for detail to be more easily highlighted with colour and less sharpening.

The Fireworks Galaxy is named not as a result of it's dynamic colours which could easily be the logical perception but instead the high rate of supernovas occurring within the galaxy itself. 8 have been recorded in the last century including a SNR collision! c22 Million LY from Earth the galaxy is packed with an unusual number of supernova remnants and star clusters.

Down at the bottom you can see 2MASX J20324060+6000181 which while small i liked
