      Description

      Cave Nebula (Sh2-155) is a bright nebula classification E in a long nebulous complex, containing emission, reflection and dark nebulosity.

      It is located about 2,400 light years along the plane of our galaxy, the Milky Way, in the actual northern constellation Cepheus.

      This cosmic cave is more than 10 light years in diameter, a size suitable for a stellar nursery.
