Description

Located within the "Mexico" region of North American Nebula (NGC 7000 or Caldwell 20) the popular 'Cygnus Wall' formation is comprised of dense star-forming concentrations of hydrogen gas winding its way through vast clouds of dust. The Cygnus wall is located approximately 1600 light years from Earth in the constellation Cygnus, high in the northern sky in the late summer/early fall.
