Description

Due to the X-M1 with the X-Trans color filter array, I was wondering how the X-A1 with the classic Bayer matrix (and likely some kind of low pass filtering) performs, compared to the X-M1. I took the same number of images w/ identical parameters, and found out that a halo around bright stars appears with the X-A1 (clearly visible here at Deneb). But its resolution is slightly better and even a little less noisy than the X-M1's result.

Temperature and sky conditions were comparable, NGC 7000 was around the zenith at both series in the same night.
