Description

This comet was discovered at October 18th, 2009 by Gordon Garrad with the 0.5 m. Schmidt telescope from Siding Spring Australian Observatory when it had 20th magnitude. Since then its brightness had been increasing slowly until be visually observable at August 2010 with 13.4 magnitude. At the beginning of July 2011 when I took this image, the comet had reached to 9th magnitude.
